Logos

The mask and the wordmark.

A domino mask with one round eye for people and one square eye for machines. Use the dark logo on light grounds and the light logo on dark ones.

Clear space
Keep the height of one eye of the mask clear on every side.
Minimum size
Mark: 16 px tall. Wordmark: 64 px wide.
Grounds
Dark logo on light grounds, light logo on dark grounds. Use the file made for the ground.

Don’t

  • Stretch, squash or rotate the logo.
  • Fill in the eyes. One stays round and one stays square, both cut out.
  • Recolour it, and never in red.
  • Retype the wordmark in a font. It is a drawing; use the file.
  • Add shadows, outlines or effects, or put it on a busy photo.

Colours

Black and white, like a tuxedo.

Colour is kept for the three kinds of visitor. Click a value to copy it, or take colours.css or colours.json.

Human, bot and agent

Red is kept for “Cover blown” stamps. Never use it for a class or in charts.

Typography

Geist, with a typewriter for stamps.

All three faces are free under the SIL Open Font License. The wordmark is a drawing, not a font: use the logo files.

Social banners

Ready for every profile.

High-resolution PNGs, at least 1024 px on both sides. Figures in them are examples, not measurements.

Icons and illustrations

Human, bot and agent.

Built from the mask’s two eyes. Use them wherever a visitor’s class is shown, always with the plain label beside them. All SVG.

Icon
20 px and up. It takes the text colour, so set it in the class colour.
Compact icon
12 to 16 px, and inside tags.
Spot
40 to 72 px, for cards, empty states and headings. Linked marks an agent tied to the person it acts for.
Illustration
240 × 180, at least 160 px wide. Decorative: set the label next to it.
Tag
20 px (sm) or 24 px (md) tall, for places that cannot use our CSS.
